Shipping & Returns for fresh cut peonies

 Delivery & Shipping

All flowers are shipped overnight to ensure their fresh arrival.  Please be sure that someone is available to receive the shipment.  We are not responsible for shipments left out in the elements. 

SHIPPING POLICY – Styer's Peonies ships all orders via UPS or FedEx overnight ground, next day air saver, or next day air. Shipping is calculated so as to get the flowers to customer using the optimum combination of cost and efficiency. Courier charges will be prepaid and added to the customer’s invoice or credit card charge.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY – If you require expedited delivery, please email sales@styerspeonies.com so that we can confirm that we can meet your delivery needs and advise you of your freight options.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS – Given the perishable nature of the product it is essential that the product is unpacked and prepared into water as soon as it is delivered. Any problems with quality or specifications must therefore be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you wish to make a claim, please email sales@styerspeonies.com so that customer service can respond to the problem in a timely and satisfactory manner. Customers who have justified reason to claim, will be offered the option of either product replacement, or a full refund of cost plus freight. In the event that there is a partial claim, then a partial refund will be honored.
